By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

7. Advertising and Claims

Advertising and promotional statements comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. Comparative or superlative claims are substantiated upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts of Ukraine.
