One brief is enough to start. A concierge replies with a routed shortlist, a landed-cost range and the documents each market requires. Availability, pricing and specifications are subject to change and verification.

A reply arrives within one business day, Kyiv time. The engagement fee is fixed and disclosed in writing before any sourcing work begins.

Response service level

Reply windows and working hours, stated before you write

Every brief sent through the intake brief is logged and answered from Kyiv on the schedule below.

01Acknowledgement
A receipt confirming your brief is logged is sent within one working day. If a field is unclear, you receive a short list of questions instead of silence.
02Written proposal
The search scope, target markets and the fixed engagement fee arrive in writing within two working days. Nothing starts before you approve it.
03Working hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 Kyiv time (EET/EEST). Messages that land on weekends or Ukrainian public holidays are logged and answered on the next working day.
